Lesson 10 : ICT as Platform for Change

What are the implications of media and information to an individual?

       In our genereation , media or social media has a big role in our lives. Media and information can make our task easily. Just like when we using media , we will get the information easily in just one search or by looking in social media's. Also this can help to spread easily the information through media. By using media we can communicate to others. So that media and information has a lot of benefits to us individuals.

     In this lesson , I understand the importance of ICT as a platform for social change. And I have a lot of things that I discover that I didn't know before.  And also I learned about the roles of ICT in recent histories. Also the website change.org and online petition ,I understand that media has a lot of use in our lives and society. 

Lesson 9: Interactive Multimedia

         In this lesson , I understand that interactive multimedia can help me in school but also in my everyday life. Same with the Interactive Multimedia it allows me to  control, combine, and manipulate different types of media, such as text, sound, video, computer graphics, and animation. And also I learned the 12 types of  Interactive Multimedia and the Multimedia Contents.

Lesson 8: Collaborative ICT Development

       In this lesson , I learn about the advantages of using online collaborative tools.This can help to communicate easily. Same with the online collaborative tools which means are tools that can help your group “go the distance” and work as if you already have your own office. And the examples of it are the : Facebook Groups , WordPress  , G Suite , Google Docs, Sheets,  Slides , Microsoft Office Online , Microsoft’s Yammer , Trello and Web Portals. 

Lesson 7: Online Platforms as Tools for ICT Content and Development

      In lesson 7 , I learned how to identify the  nature and purposes of online platforms and applications.  Online platforms are very useful . I also learn the different kinds of online platforms like : Social Media , Blogging , Presentation/ Visualizations , Cloud Computing , Web Page Creation , Files Management ,  and Mapping. 

Lesson 6: Imaging and Design for Online Environment

     In this lesson , I understand the basic principles of graphics and layout. And I learned how make a simple infographic using web tools. Same with the basic principles of graphics and layout , and the principles and basic techniques of Image manipulation. And the uploading, sharing, and image hosting platforms ; Google Photos, Flickr, Photobucket, Imageshack, Dropbox, Instagram , Imgur.

Lesson 5: Advanced Presentation Skills

This lesson taught me how to use hyperlinks to improve the powerpoint presentation. Also the types of views in MS PowerPoint which are the; outline view, slide sorter view, normal view and notes page view. And also I learned more about the animation and transition of the movement of the slide. Also to embed an      excel file to PowerPoint Presentation .

Lesson 4: Advanced Spreadsheet Skills

In this lesson , I learned how to enter , edit , print and manipulate information in a tabulate form. Also I learned how to create a series of numbers, inserting and deleting rows and columns and using formulas and functions. And also the definitions of terms.
